Re: FYI, 2 more Form 144s have been filed for ALYD

CEO Bob Gruder for 50,000 shares and someone named Tringali for 10,000.

Notes: From what I'm told, Bob's strategy is to space out his Form 144s over a long period of time so that people just get used to it and realize there is no hidden agenda behind it. If he holds 7M shares, and he is allowed to cash in 5% a year, that's 350K shares total, or just one day of really good trading volume-- spread out over a year-- so big deal, IMO.

I'm also told that Mr. Tringali is a friend of someone that used to be involved with the company, and is now finally able to cash in his (really cheap) restricted shares.
