Hey Lazarre, Long time no hear! Yes, it is the bank warrants, with litigation that has been dragging on for years or decades. I own Washington Mutual wts. and have to reply to a tender offer by 5/10 that I am having trouble figuring out. These are all written by lawyers, probably for lawyers. I guess the easiest thing to do would be to sell my wts. on 5/9 and just forget the tender offer. Have you had any luck with warrants lately? I have been in precious metals mainly, have not found any good warrants. Hope you are having good fortune. SG
