ild, Russia was a heck of a speculative play in 1998 and those folks that invested have done very well. Agree with you that now is not the time to chase this one. I also sold my JOF - paying a premium is not my style either. Right now I do not have anything on my radar screen except for Ireland. Sorry I do not have the URL, but Ireland is expected to be the fastest growth country in the EU. It is also expected to have a slightly higher inflation than other countries. Last time I looked the CEF was trading at a very nice discount. Joan
