With the proviso that both are out of my areas, I would expect Unfair Trade Practices and Anti-trust Laws to feature prominently in future litigation with ARM licensees. The RISC-V ecosystem must be subjected to Manhattan Project urgency, while legal rights, responsibilities, and remedies are played out in the judicial system arena.
