I don't think the rally has ended...I looking for a quick return to 30. Downside Stop at 23 1/4...I don't believe we'll get there though.

Off topic:

By the way I am also very bullish on APCO....extremely good business model earnings grew 40% last qtr. Almost $16 mill in cash. Positive cash flow....Reminds me of WTEC which went from 5 - 15 3/8 a few months back...same type business...but APCO is just starting to grow theirs...WTEC made its move and the business is mature --that stock had its day APCO didn't.
