Needless to say, Clownbuck, I'm with you and TO on "keeping it simple".

With regard to the start date and the question of "Volatility" and changing the valuation of individual stocks, if that should happen then wouldn't it happen to the stocks in both Portfolios ?

Both Portfolios, IMO, are going to be affected by "market forces" of one kind or another as the months go by. Some stocks, depending on the nature of their business, the markets they are in, the style and quality of their management, etc.. etc.., will be affected to differing degrees than will others.

But ..... we've tried to make 'operating decisions' based on the wishes of most. So it's open to the board ......
