FED trying to appear to be good guy, ahead of Wall Street/financial reform (we want more power, or at least don't take away what we have).

Saw on Bloomberg this morning that FED will limit Wall Street pay in a way designed to restrain risk taking. Will also go after clawbacks. Quite transparent. Will be interesting how this gets reported and commented upon.
