Hi Dman, hope all is well with you. I don't know what, if any, effect the Freeserve offering will have on XSNI. I own a stock, EDIG, that is in the downloadable music{hey, they are partnering with Lucent too} business. There is a lot of positive hype going on in this area. Two other companies in this niche, Musicmaker.com and Liquid Audio, both had successful IPOs this week and it had no effect at all on EDIG's share price. Jeff
