***¶*** McBride: Felony Fraud, a far Cry from your story...

investorshub.com

This is Conspiracy to DEFRAUD or ORGANIZED FRAUD over a period of time, in my view and I am surprised you didn't get a couple years in Jail for it... Now I better understand the long list of "character" witnesses, as it must have been "touch and go" for you... Certainly NO civil case here, as you pretend....

It is UNCONSCIONABLE that this KEY Information on McBride was withheld from SEVU investors... Do any current investors want McBride to acquire another 10 million shares of SEVU for next to nothing, to put him in a position to control and potentially take SEVU Private?...

Circuit Court 6th Judicial Circuit - Criminal Division- Pinellas County, Florida

State of Florida v, Richard McBride

Case #97-09075-CFANO

[Tanscript from Affidavit of arresting Officer, as received: accuracy NOT warranted...]

Before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared Officer Schilt, who being duly sworn says:

Your Affiant is a sworn law enforcement officer with the Treasure Island Police Department.

Your Affiant conducted a Scheme to Defraud investigation that occured between December 1, 1996 and May 1, 1997 wherein Richard McBride as a representative of Direct Media Advertising, Inc. (herinafter Direct Media) contracted with Mort Platt and Michael Monahan of Vector Worldwide, Ltd. (hereinafter Vector) to do advertising for Vector. Direct Media, in exchange for $10,000 was to produce a video of Vector's products (Nico-out) and distribute the video to 30 television stations for broadcast. Direct Media was then to set up and operate an "800" telephone line for taking orders for Vector's products. Your Affiant learned that Vector paid the $10,000 to Direct Media who in turn sent Vector "broadcast orders" for each of the 30 television stations which confirmed the payouts to the television stations for each of the product sold. These "broadcast orders" provided the station's name and location. Additionally, Direct Media sent "product sales reports" showing orders for Vector's product sold on the T.V. stations.

Your Affiant confirmed that the T.V. stations listed in the "broadcast orders" never received the video of Vector's product and in turn never received orders for Vector's products. Vector's product was never sold on the 30 television stations contrary to Direct Media's "broadcast orders" and "product sales reports" as provided to Vector. The television stations listed in the "broadcast orders" never heard of Vector's product nor have they seen the video of Vector's product.

The contract between Direct Media and Vector took place in Treasure Island, Pinellas County Florida.

Richard McBride is the president of Direct Media and conducted all the negotiations on behalf of Direct Media with Vector. Richard McBride responded to all of Vector's correspondence on behalf of Direct Media.

The present whereabouts of Richrd McBride are unknown.

All of the above is your Affiant's own personal knowledge or made known to him through witnesses in the course of his investigation.

Wherefore, your Affiant requests that the Defendant be required to respond to the above charges of Scheme to Defraud for less thab $10,000.

CHANGE of PLEA FORM

1) I, Richard McBride, Defendant herein, do hereby withdraw my plea of not guilty and enter a plea of nolo contendere (no contest) on the charges of Sheme to Defraud in the above referenced case.

2) I understand that the plea of "not guilty" denies my guilt; a plea of "guilty" admits my guilt and a plea of "nolo contendere" means that, while I do not admit guilt, I will not contest the evidence against me. etc.... etc...

9) [Something hand written and not entirely readable, to the effect that McBride agrees to pay $41,370 at the rate of $200 per month...]

11) I agree to restitution in the amount of $41,370... etc... etc...
