Good morning, Joseph.

Yes, I couldn't figure out whether I was one of the over-users or not.

I have open one watchlist page with about 20 symbols, and up to a maximum of 8 Level II MM's. If I run a chart or a time and sales, I almost always close it immediately - saving bandwidth at my end is in my interest after all.

Does this make me a culprit?

What does frustrate me is the inability to control my IRA thru the software, plus the fact that the people in Manhattan Beach don't seem to have screen access to the IRA accounts - they seem to have to go thru Terra Nova, and currently Terra Nova says I have $30k more cash in my account than I think I have - tho the October statement reconciled with my records. This information black hole makes me reluctant to trade, as you can imagine. Steve and the people in MB say they're "working on it", but it's taking a long time...

Best to all.
