Are law firms publicly traded? They jump in fast on bad news, so that could be a good hedge against negative results… :-(

I’m told that if you are a lead plaintiff on one of these lawsuits, you reap a far greater profit than others that join a class action lawsuit.

[rant]No offense to lawyers, but it’s not as if you spent years or decades trying to cure people from disease, you just swoop in afterwards to pick over the carcass of a failed idea.[/rant]
