I believe the way it works is that you pay an extra 2.50 for the first 20 trades $ 20.45 instead of $17.95 ......Personally I don't understand what all the grousing is about.....The commissions were $24 per trade when I signed up....Direct access, time and sales, instant trades, streaming quotes.....sucha bargain....If you ask me.
