Realitychecker, The 1999 annual report and 10k crossed my desk for review today and will be released on schedule. Watch edgar for 10q and 10k postings. As a Director, I am limited in how I can respond to your post. But I will comment on the revenues. Firstwave revenue is a combination of older product revenue and new product revenue. The older product line has provided a strong base for the company as the new product line was developed.

As with most new software products, the new product was delayed and went through several versions in response to customer desires before it began to be successful in the marketplace. Firstwave is "customer driven" and took extra time to build the product to meet customer needs. We began to see those results in q4.
