Robert, I'm sure that labeling objections are a common problem with the FDA. It seems to me that a company's advertising dept. will try to get away with whatever they can. Here's the company's reply, According to Donald Brounstein, President and Chief Executive Officer of HumaScan, the Company is in the process of revising its labeling and advertising materials and is preparing a response. The Company does not expect the changes sought by the FDA to have a significant effect on the Company. The main make or break point for this HMSC IMHO, is the clinical trials results, which are due 6-8 weeks. There is a breast cancer meeting sometime this month. This will give a lot of exposure to product. Does anyone know when conference will begin? You are correct I feel when you say that this company's future will be apparent in the future. My guess is about 3-4 months. BTW, I have bought again at these levels. Regards, FCC
