Kerm The only good thing about EEE offer is that it puts MRP in play. I think MRP should fetch at least $12.00 a share, money I dont think EEE has. One business day after MRP announces their intention to adopt a shareholder rights plan- they are subject to a hostile takeover bid!!! Any chance of MM and MRP merging as a means to thwart any hostile takeover? Regards George
