Ike: A good day today... Even Advancers led Decliners... The weak link was the 10 New Highs vs over 900 New Lows... We need to get above 1020 on a closing basis to have any hope of a turnaround... There is talk that Japan might cut taxes... There is also talk of a possible FED rate cut... My guess is that there may be a deal in the making... Japan cuts taxes to stimulate its economy and we cut rates to lower the value of the dollar vs the Yen... Jim
