You can call from any phone anywhere but must dial one of the four cities to get into the system. I assume the calls would then be routed to the closest DVG city to the number that you are calling. Not sure what the current run rate is but they are turning out DVG's as test units for prospective clients as well as for the 200 POP's for Interine. Martin Smith
