Robert, Thanks, btw, one of the kitcoites saw my plight here and emailed me the back up site. This worked twice and then I got illegal operation message and it even crashed Netscape. Back to square one. Got a reply from Bart to my email, at his suggestion am checking with ISP. I recently opened some additional accounts on separate lines with ISP and this may have caused a problem with Barts security, though user names and passwords different and I only use one to access kitco. Hope to have it resolved Monday, I am having problems nowhere else. Thanks to all for their help,
