Mexico's Iusacell To Sell Towers To American Tower Corp Friday January 23, 7:44 pm ET MEXICO CITY -(Dow Jones)- Mexican wireless communications provider Grupo Iusacell SA said Friday it has agreed to sell up to 143 signal towers to the Mexican unit of American Tower Corp. (NYSE:AMT - News) . In a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange, Iusacell said the deal was made in December. The company did not disclose a transaction price. Iusacell said it is in the process of transferring the towers, which it will later rent back from American Tower Corp. American Tower owns, operates and develops broadcast and wireless communications sites in North America. Iusacell has about 2 million clients, or about 7% of the wireless market in Mexico
