Harold, Just to get down to the chase, I guess. Tom Joseph does say that a high PTI dosent neccessarily mean greater success and that a higher number may also signal immaturity. What do you use? No, Stoc RSI is not available on GET. I did write to them about it, don't know if they will include it on the next version. If you have WOW or MS, I can send you the formula. Regards, Jerry
