Bought more today at $.19. Px now $0.187-$0.20. I,as you can see, started this post almost 2 years ago. I first bought the stock at $0.3875 and up. By April '97 I lost faith with those news releases on "buybacks" and got out. I believe that as El Nino' has disappeared so may winds be blowing elsewhere. Old players like me may be nibbling at this one again. By the way I agree with your assessment of "management". Good Luck Darrell
