2 nd line of questions.

As stockholders we are concerned with the volume of trading and the price of NPEC stock.

We all have heard for a long time about the total short positions on the stock being in the 8 mil (+/-) share range. Is this true?? If so, Can the Persons/Brokerages or Market Makers be identified?

Subj; Short Squeeze. We have heard, in conjunction with questions above, that a short squeeze will happen when the stock price moves through and stabilizes above $.33 that the "shorts" will have to cover themselves and cause a price run-up. Would you clarify the Company's position on this subject.

As stockholders, many of us have asked for our stock certificates. In reality & from the Company's perspective, will this have an affect on the short selling of the stock? Is this a positive exercise for us as stockholdes to take in light of the short selling?

Have the Market Makers been "churning the stock" amongst themselves? If so, How can the company reduce this influence?

How can the Company explain the high volumes of trading on the heels of "good" press and a decline in the stock value??

I'm sure there will be more questions later; Thanks, Skip

ps; Jerry, feel free to edit and paraphrase these questions for brevity and context.
pss; GO 49'ers!!!!!
