I have not found sec filings either, and few press releases. I saw one press release recently that stated Viridien is building a plant on Tortola (British Virgin Islands) for distribution in that region, and another warehouse in Las Vegas for their new Guest Care program (I will be in Las Vegas in a couple of weeks, and plan to visit the office). Apparently they have recently doubled their production of Virahol, their core product. That is about all I know. I would like to find out when the Dow Chemical spin-off products will be marketed (Fantastik with Virahol etc.) Do you have any other information about Viridien? Katherine
