Thanks for your insight, Paul. I've been watching COMSAT since a
a panelist on Wall Street Week recommended it last year. At that
time (before all this "nonsense" started surfacing--lawsuits, etc.),
COMSAT was selling for about $21. The reason it was being touted
last year was the pending privatization of some aspects of COMSAT's
activities. I agree it's early to know if they have turned the corner. Certainly release of restrictions by the FCC will help, and
I suspect that is inevitable. I just don't know how competent the
current management is--to what degree they are entrepreneurs with
sharp pencils and to what degree they are bureaucrats at heart.
