Hello John: NGLD did a reverse take over of warehouse I believe a rev split of 66 to 1. The company has a web site which is currently being overhauled. New gold's hq is in Reno Nevada. You can go to the SEC edgar and use the NGLD symbol to locate all SEC filings. Regards, Robert P.s.
