Urogen spinoff I am a previous shareholder of MEDS. One of the divisions spunoff two years ago was Urogen. It has had a trade restriction on it supposedly until Dec 31, 1997. I have not heard anything about that and have tried calling the company number and it has been disconnected. Does anyone have any info about this? Thanks. Doug
