End stage renal disease is a big market and the money should be good since these people really suffer. Piper and a handful of other analysts follow, some have a hold rating. About six months ago Aksy gave notice that they were a good 9 months behind on the development. They are probably still 2-3 years from US market. If they ever got their act together Baxter or Fresenius would buy them out. Their problem seems to be a weak product development process and clinical strategy.
