Dear Roy, Earnings Per Share "estimates" are just that in this oil and gas market, but the potential here is just as it is in TRIL....rapid growth with a large discovery while paying for the "home run" with smaller discoveries along the way. And even though they are fairly new as a publicly traded company (about one year) they were closely held for several years. Tomlinson is well known in the industry (he founded TGS Geophysical - a major seismic company) and once owned a small oil and gas exploration firm before the bust in the 80's. The principles and officers hold 44% of the stock so I tend to believe they will try to keep the price up (NOTE: THE QUOTED PRICE APPEARS TO BE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS), but the real reason I like it is because they are essentially doing what I am - looking around old fields for by-passed or deeper pays with 3D seismic. They appear to be (well?) funded and are actively drilling wells. I plan to visit their offices and visit with them in the near future. Until then I will try to look into some of their properties and who their partners are. Whynotte
