Michael: Thanks for your response. That's very interesting, because when I studied Yahoo!'s information over the weekend it showed a float of 8.4 million, but that was information updated on 7/2. Today's information was as of 7/10 and it's 3 million less. Unfortunately I haven't been able to establish contact with any members of the company yet, been a bit busy on other stocks. But I did get a chance to study the most recent 10-Q filed on 5/15. Sales look good. An increase of 42%. Plus they have a new product on the horizon, the Self-Help Help Disk. I am concerned by the lack of PR, but they seem to still be in the emerging company stage. The company also owns a HUGE chunk of the outstanding shares. What plans do they have for that? They've also just openned a $2 mill line of credit. They probably have big plans for their new product. I'm pleased by the fact that they are a reporting OTC company. If these numbers are on the up-and-up, this could be a good time to jump on this stock. I, too, have noticed the gradual rise in price. But I'm concerned about the lack of volume. Due to the low (or no) volume and the lack of PR, it seems that they haven't paid too much attention to courting new shareholders. Hopefully that will change. Soon. Anyway, I'll keep you updated on anything I find out. Right now I'm only studying this company. Please forgive me if I take a bit extra time to answer your posts. Good Investing- JD
