thanks; i was able to pick up 11k shares on the offering and more on the after market at 6 5/8net. although there are no earnings, i feel this a way to get the closest to buying an internet ipo and getting a lot of shares. as i understand from the red herring, they provide fire wall protection for internet -- software. the stock is so far, behaving well as it appears to go up slowly on large volume. hopefully, this week it will settle down getting the 'flippers' out of the stock. as the bal sheet and income statement are not that great at this point. any thoughts on this??
