VIDNET RECEIVES OVER ONE MILLION HITS IN FIRST WEEK
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Marina Del Rey, CA: Only one week after International Net Broadcasting announced the launch of Vidnet, the most complete interactive music video channel on-line, Vidnet has received over one million hits.
This is hardly surprising. Vidnet's appearance and ease in navigation may attract initial viewership, but it is Vidnet's exceptional sound quality that brings people back. Vidnet has a link to music trade publication Billboard Magazine, as well as a link to MCI, who delivers Vidnet's content to the Internet. In addition, Vidnet is linked with Tower Records, so that Vidnet exclusively provides all of Tower Records' music videos on-line, while Tower handles all of Vidnet's music product sales worldwide.
Viewers who visit Vidnet at www.vidnetusa.com can select from hundreds of music videos from such musical formats as Country, featuring such artists as Brooks & Dunn and Leann Rimes; Dance, and Urban, which includes Rap, R&B and Hip Hop, including the hottest videos by LL Cool J, Master P, and Snoop Doggy Dogg. Other categories include Rock/Alternative, with artists like The Wallflowers and Marcy Playground; a separate Jazz category; and Pop, which captures the hottest Top 40 artists, such as Backstreet Boys, Smash mouth, and Meredith Brooks. New videos will be updated on a weekly basis, and a Latin video segment will be added shortly.
The music videos can be viewed in their entirety via a VivoActive Player, which can be downloaded directly from the Vidnet website. The videos can be viewed at a modem speed of either 28K or 56K, and after watching the videos, viewers can purchase their favorite product immediately. No other on-line music video channel can compare to the exceptional sound and quality of Vidnet.
