Cheeseburger, what assurance do we have that the terms of the merger as announced many months ago will not be changed? I bought my shares of POKR at 0.46 expecting to soon receive shares of AVIA worth 0.62. Now, lacking any merger news and the plunge in POKR's price, I'm not very confident this merger is going through at the announced terms. What's the reason for the long delay anyway? Anybody know?
