I noticed it at $21. Sadly, I didn't buy until $26. But, now it is $31.5 so I'm happy so far. Yes, I read the article in Forbes. I read the fundamentals, checked out the underwriters, of whom there are many, and gave an intuitive nod to free-spirited Texans. They usually come through in the end. Looks like a winner.
