Agree. MCSW and H&Q have cut back off shares offered to friends and family of employees. Reading between the lines, I guess they are trying to reduce supply - particularly that supply likely to be allocated to "weak hands".

Perhaps more than a few days. When the IPO window closes, doesn't it close for weeks/months?
