Actually, to me, Apple is more like Philipps or Bell Labs where they come up with the innovations and the Sony's of the world profit off it. Remember, Sony did not invent the transistor, but were the largest user's of it. They did not invent the radio, but made it smaller and more marketable. The did not invent television, but sold them smaller and more reliably. However, this has changed recently, Philipps is also changing. Good luck to investors of both! -Bill_H
