FOLSOM, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 2000--PrimeLink Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:PMLK - news), Folsom, LA, announced today that the Company has completed an agreement to obtain the services of Mr. Danny Majors, formerly of Mastec N.A. (NYSE:MTZ - news). The agreement includes a long-term employment contract, plus up to 400,000 shares of the Company's restricted common stock, in exchange for Mr. Majors' services (as Director of Marketing) together with certain telecommunications marketing assets and equipment.

Mr. Majors arrives at PrimeLink with vast experience in the service and construction sector of the telecommunications industry. He began in 1984 with Peter Kiewit Construction, installing the initial wave of nationwide fiber-optic backbone systems. From 1986 through December 1989, Mr. Majors worked for Dycom Industries (NYSE:DY - news), participating in the creation of a nationwide emergency response group that serviced fiber repairs, upgrades, and relocations for long distance telecommunications companies. Since 1994, Mr. Majors has been Director of Marketing for the eastern division of Mastec N. A. During that time Mastec's revenues increased from $200 million to in excess of $1 billion per year.

The Company (PrimeLink Systems, Inc.) plans to capitalize on Mr. Majors' extensive industry knowledge and long-term relationships with the key groups and individuals that are currently shaping the telecom industry. ``The leadership at PrimeLink offers the passion and ability to make the timely, key decisions that are critical for responding to the opportunities offered in the fast paced e-world', said Majors. ``Fiber systems that were once built over the coarse of a year are now completed in 90 days. Of the past 16 years I have spent in this industry, now is the most exciting time,' said Majors, ``long-term partnerships based on trust and loyalty provide the backbone for success in building and maintaining the infrastructure for e-commerce.'
