UBN is scheduled to IPO this week. If they do not postpone the IPO and also manage to hold it up for some time, it might make a great short.

UBN has zero revenues and unknown underwriters (Kashner Davidson Securities). The only drawback is the proposed offering size is only 2 million shares.
