WorldCom is the leading wholesaler of bandwidth to Internet Service Providers. They have their own brand called GridNet which hasn't really done that well, but an up and coming ISP called AGIS has the first all-ATM backbone that runs on top of WorldCom's infrastructure.

I also believe they are the leading provider of Frame Relay in the world (don't quote me on that, I'll have to check my annual report again which I just received).
