WAKEFIELD, Mass., Dec 26, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Edgewater Technology,
Inc. issued the following statement, in wake of the shootings that took place at
its office in Wakefield, MA earlier today.
Shirley Singleton, Chief Executive Officer of Edgewater Technology, said: "It is
my sad duty to confirm that a shooting took place at our Wakefield office
earlier today. The details of this morning's events remain unclear at this time
and we will be assisting the police in every way possible with their
investigation. Pending this investigation, there is nothing further that we can
add at this time."
