Has it been that long? I just got my knickers up last Thursday when Veri Zone's Customer Service turned into me cussing their lack of service.

So to get even I shorted the stock, and made a point today on it.

My strategy seems to handle my annoyance, whereas my old strategy of grumbling forever did not seem to work as well.
