I use FA almost exclusively... I don't really know a whole lot about TA, but I like to look at the 200 day moving averages... 100 day for really small stocks. Just for kicks. I seem to have a problem with buying falling knives and selling into rallies. Maybe some TA emphasis will help me with that. Basically, I the one thing I need to learn is to stop "fighting the tape".

There were 13 stocks in this portfolio and I've sold NOVN, OPMR, ADRX, and PATH (all for small gains). I don't do well when I diversify, so maybe I should go back to concentrating my portfolio in one or two names and then being very patient... that's always the way I make the most money. Usually in something I feel confident enough about that I can lose 50% of my money without blinking an eye.

There's an issue I'm watching that is one of my favorite emerging growth companies and is trading at 1/5th its 52-week high (twice its 52-week low). If it gets down to the low again, I may try to buy as much of it as I possibly can.

When that happens, hold on to your hat! :)
