Answer to my concern about large insider sellings "Alfred,Your observation is very appropriate. We have had a couple of Directors sell our stock recently. This was due to tax planning issues that they individually had to deal with. They did not sell all of their stock, nor do they have plans to sell more. Individually I would venture to guess that, while they did what they did for their personal reasons, if asked, they would be very bullish on the quality of the Balchem organization and the future of the company." Queation now is, is this a standard excuse or the truth? Fred I can only tell you that "our" business continues to do well, if growing the top sales line and profits are any indication.
