"Marathon Oil (MRO:NYSE) approved a drilling project named Neptune in the Gulf of Mexico. It put the estimated yield at 50,000 gross barrels of oil equivalent per day beginning in 2007. Marathon owns 30% of a working interest in the project, equivalent to approximately 14,000 barrels a day. Marathon's net cost of the Neptune development is estimated at $255 million."
