Look who is back! the good old "Salt and Pepper" alias!
You two bit criminal! So you have dared to expose your con-artist face around here again?!!!
Let's review your criminal background for the uninitiated:
Four years ago, you vigorously pumped ALL the now totally DOOMED plays across the I-5, while constantly proclaimed that what you had there was the "real deal" and our EKHO project was a "pretender."
You posted HUNDREDS of unsolicited negative posts against our company and its projects, and tried to compel us to sell our cherished Tri-Valley shares and buy into those same miserably DOOMED and now vanished companies who WASTED over $250 million dollars and have absolutely nothing to show for it except tons of their impoverished investors...
You and your partner in crime, went to Tri-Valley's offices in year 2000 and conned that most esteemed Joe Kandle into believing that you were "Significant Shareholders" of Tri-Valley and then pumped him for technical information on EKHO, AFTER he had warmly welcomed you and had shown you kindness and even gave you some mementos such as some EKHO hats and jackets!
Now let us Fast forward to today:
We are THE ONLY company still standing since then and none of the loser ones you wanted us to buy into are even remotely viable and their stock prices are either worthless or near worthless! (How do you feel about that FACT, big-time loser?!)
Meanwhile, Tri-Valley got listed on the American Exchange and we saw our share price continue to appreciate steadily and strongly, while increasing both our shareholders equity and shareholders value!!!
Tri-Valley has received about $26 million dollars (AND COUNTING) in brand new project financing to drill multiple large, very large and super large targets, since May 2002 alone! And we are just getting started!
The bible of the Oil and Gas industry, which you ignorantly refer to as "irrelevant," just ranked Tri-Valley as the SIXTH FASTED GROWING COMPANY in the ENTIRE United States of America! (Not in some banana republic, but in the single greatest country in the history of the world!)
I only have three things left to command to you, BIG TIME LOSER, whom I have always also accurately referred to as NOTHING but just another two-bit con artist, wanna-be fifth rate unemployed "consulting geologist": (Your ilk are the BLACK SHAME on your fellow honorable Canadians.)
1) There is no DEADLIER way to obliterate your detractors than by continuing to GROW, FLOURISH and PROSPER...EXACTLY as Tri-Valley has been, as history has proven!
2) I bet you 1,000 to One, in YOUR favor, that Tri-Valley's ranking is going to go even HIGHER than now, when the next Oil and Gas Journal rankings appear in September of 2005 issue, and Tri-Valley shall continue to be FIRMLY among their "fastest growing companies" list in the US, yet again!
(The EXACT opposite of your bogus and insanely jealous prediction that it will be "booted out" of that listing....)
Dream on, loser! Over our dead bodies!
3) Only if you dare, leave the safety of Canada and show your face again at Tri-Valley's offices, so we can arrange to have you arrested for breaking all applicable SEC laws, by impersonating yourself as a "Significant Tri-Valley shareholder" in order to wrongfully acquire "inside information"...(The "Statute of Limitations" has NOT run on your criminal act yet!)
Unless you are at least man enough, which you are most certainly not, to take my bet and show your dastardly face at Tri-Valley's offices again, you best just get permanently lost and immediately crawl back under the filthy lowly rock you just slithered from, you two-faced snake...
To add insult to injury, and to your utter grief, I predict that Tri-Valley's BEST DAYS ARE AHEAD OF IT, as we are ACCELERATING our full support of this company's exploration activities, given this most favorable time to explore for that most precious commodity of all: Oil and gas!
Your long-standing sheer jealously of us got you to this lowest of all points in your life in the first place...
Learn to deal with your miserable failures...You unemployed loser!
Learn from your masters with our iron determination and try to be a man instead of a snake in the grass...
That should make your mother proud of you for a change, instead of being rightfully ashamed to call you her own son...
