FSFM of Russia Registers Share Issues of Companies Spun Off from OAO "Lenenergo"

The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) on 11 January 2006 registered share issues and share placement reports of the companies spun off from OAO "Lenenergo".
The securities regulator registered the share issues and share placement reports of OAO "Petersburg Generation Company" and OAO "Severo-Zapadnaya Energy Management Company".
According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:
1. OAO "Petersburg Generation Company":
766,035,008 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB10 per share, for a total value of RUB7,660,350,080. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55166-E;
131,328,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB10 per share, for a total value of RUB1,313,280,000. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55166-E.
2. OAO "Severo-Zapadnaya Energy Management Company":
766,035,008 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB0.3 per share, for a total value of RUB229,810,502.4. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55158-E;
131,328,000 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB0.3 per share, for a total value of RUB39,398,400. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55158-E.
The state registration of OAO "Petersburg Generation Company" and OAO "Severo-Zapadnaya Energy Management Company" took place on 1 October 2005.
