Yap International Inc., a VoIP Technology Provider, Submits Updated Financials and Negotiates Investment Banking Agreement
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yap International Inc. announced today that it has updated its financial information filed with the Pink Sheets LLC. The consolidated financials for the period ending December 31, 2004 have been filed and can be viewed at www.pinksheets.com and continues the process by which Yap International Inc. intends to become a fully reporting issuer.

Yap International Inc. also announced that it is negotiating an investment banking agreement with a view to ensure that the required financing is procured to launch its VoIP products in the near future.
