I might be interested.

I have two big Cap Gains coming, selling my home in San Diego and I bought some art that's worth 10 to 20 times what I paid for it, in the 6 figures.

Frankly I don't think I can escape paying on either one easily. My realtor suggested that I might want to finance the buyer.

The art could theoretically be broken up into 2 lots, one sold Dec 31 and one sold Jan 1 but I still don't think I'll escape.
