Greg, What I do know about Fruehalf is that it is one of the leading manufacturers of truck trailers, pruducing, marketing and servicing the industries widest range of van, platform, and tank trailers. It is also among the largest suppliers of trailer parts in North America. FTC has recently had a management shakeup and is attempting to find buyers of some of its business units and/or the company itself as reported by Reuters. Recent earnings have been poor. Maybe someone on this link has more information or thoughts..... - Would a buyout be profitable for the stockholders? - Wouldn't an economic upturn result in earnings turnaround? It's just logical to me that an investment in an NYSE company is safer than chancey Bulletin board stocks. FTC closed Friday at 9/16 on 87,000 shares. Roy
