Aaron:

Actually I did not see the article. What is IBD? I found out about ICUI because it is on the recommended list by Olde Discount (Olde is the worst for recommendations).

The company's sales are growing with street estimates of '96 earnings to be $0.60/share and '97 to be $0.77/share. The company is currently trading at a lower P/E ratio than '95. Supposedly, the company is shifting its product mix to products with higher margins. The one thing that is hurting the EPS is that they have almost 1.5 million more shares outstanding than they did the previous year.

From the technical side, I see that the stock price is depressing the lower Bollinger band of the trading curve and the price is more than a point below the stock's moving average. On the positive side, the Relative strength index (RSI) has dipped to almost 30 (indication that the stock is over sold - a definite buy indication from a technical trader's point of view) and has started to come up a little.

Their June 10-Q report indicates that the 1st and 4th quarters are normally stronger than their 2nd and 3rd so hopefully we will see some good numbers in the future.

I got in at 8 (I'm a bottom fisher). From the technical data that I have I don't see the stock doing anything drastic here unless something changes on the Fundamental side (Announcement of large sales increases in Europe, etc.). Historically the stock has always been able to trade around or above 12 (until recently).

I see 10 in a couple of months. 7 3/4 would be a good price right now (definately a bargain). Ths stock seems to have lost interest.
