Investment advisors are very bullish according to Investor's
Business Daily (Dec 2). 54.7% bullish, 30.8% bearish.

12-month high/low: 55.4% bullish (2/26/96)
38% bearish (4/23/96)

Unfortunately, I cannot find a tight relationship between these
numbers and the top of a market. I believe that these numbers
will hit their extremes during market bottoms though.

With the market shooting up as fast as it has been, I've
been worrying about when I should jump off this ride.
The market in general seems to be driven by interest rates.
If the rates rise, stocks will fall. With interest rates
falling, I cannot justify selling out of the market.

I've been searching for a reliable indicator for
determining when the general direction of interest
rates change. Any ideas?
